TDP wants Jagan to reveal facts in Viveka murder case
Vijayawada: TDP MLCs P Ashok Babu, B Arjunudu and senior party leader Varla Ramaiah demanded Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy to reveal the facts behind the death of Y S Vivekananda Reddy.
Speaking to media persons here on Thursday, they said that Jagan knew everything about the mystery behind the murder and wondered why he did not seek CBI inquiry into the case as he himself demanded before coming to power.
Saying that suspicious death of K Srinivasulu Reddy, one of the suspects in the case, was reminding serial deaths of accused in Paritala Ravindra's murder, they questioned the silence of Vivekananda Reddy's daughter as he had demanded CBI probe earlier.
Criticising the new sand policy brought by the government, the TDP leaders said that the YSRCP government had intentionally stopped the sand mining with an intention to create shortage. Now ruling party leaders will loot public money with the help of new sand policy, which makes life of lakhs of people miserable, they said.
