Teachers Day celebrated at ALIET

Vijayawada: The Department of Mechanical Engineering of Andhra Loyola Institute of Engineering and Technology (ALIET) organised Teachers Day celebrations on a grand note. Floral tributes were paid to Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishna.

On the occasion, the Mechanical Engineering students of the college felicitated college director Dr Francis Xavier along with principal Dr O Mahesh and Head of the Department Dr BV Sudheer Kumar.

The students also conducted an event 'Sri Acharya Devo Bhava' to convey the message about the importance of teachers for students' bright future. Assistant Directors Father Chiranjeevi and Father Anand along with other teaching staff members participated.
