There are real estate businessmen in Amaravati JAC: Andhra MP Nandigam Suresh
YSRCP MP Nandigam Suresh said that there are real estate traders in Amaravati JAC and criticised that some people have started the movement for Amaravati lands. He questioned what Chandrababu Naidu, who had been the Chief Minister for five years, had done to the people of Amaravati and demanded to know what he has done to the poor. The MP was incensed that Naidu has not right to speak about the people of 29 villages in Amaravati.
He said that there were real estate traders in Amaravati JAC and none of the real farmers and the poor were protesting. Suresh questioned TDP that if they have concern on the poor, why they had to stop the distribution of house site pattas to the poor. He said TDP leaders were filing petitions in the courts to deprive poor people of their houses and demanded that the petition filed in the court be withdrawn.
Speaking at a media conference on Sunday, Nadigam Suresh slammed Chandrababu and Lokesh for comparing poor houses to bathrooms. He criticized that Amaravati is the Binani capital of Chandrababu and alleged that Chandrababu threatened the farmers and held land pooling.
