This is 2019, not 2009 to crush us again: Pawan Kalyan

Giddalur/ Markapur: The Janasena president Pawan Kalyan said that he came into politics to bring a change in the society but they were crushed down in 2009. He announced that this is 2019 and he is experienced and learned a lot in the meantime. He spoke in the public meetings held at Giddalur and Markapuram in Prakasam district in the afternoon and is about to speak at Darsi and Ongole in the evening.

In these meetings, Pawan Kalyan said that there is no development in the Prakasam district even since he spent his childhood in the district. He said that the migration of people is continuing for livelihood and employment. He said that the fluorosis, chronic kidney diseases are rampant in Giddalur, Markapuram, and Kanigiri, while the Cumbum tank has dried up completely. He said that the people who became MLAs and MPs by spending crores of rupees didn't show any interest in addressing public issues and reviving water flow to fill the Cumbum tank.

He assured the elders that Janasena will bring the development that they are dreaming of for generations. He said that the Janasena government will complete the Pula Subbaiah Veligonda project in 18 months, construct check dams on Sagileru and other rivulets and try to increase groundwater levels. He claimed that he is also a farmer and knows the hardships the farmers are going through now. He said that even a one day MLA is also receiving the pension for a lifetime and justified that the farmers also should receive a respectable pension.

Pawan Kalyan announced that as the chief minister, he will do the first signature on file that gives Rs 5000 pension to every farmer of 60 years and above age and Rs 8000 per acre as income support to them. He said that his government will establish Special Agriculture Zones, SAZs like SEZs and train one lakh youth on agriculture. He said that he will set up a fund with a Rs 500 crore to address the kidney diseases in all constituencies. He promised to fulfill about 3lakhs jobs in the government in the first six months and give 6 to 10 free gas cylinders depending on the number of family members, but irrespective of their income range.

He explained that there will be scope for the budget in the state and will distribute the lakhs of crores rupees money the corrupted leaders loot from the government in the name of welfare schemes. He said that the common school system will be introduced in the state and free education up to post-graduation will be provided in his government.

He said that the insurance policy of ten lakh rupees will be given for each family for the medical expenses. He said that free coaching will be given for the youth to participate in the competitive exams. He assured that the youth will be given vocational training and skill development courses before the western Prakasam area is opened for industrialization. He promised to see a Sainik school is opened at Giddalur as about 20000 people are working in the army from the area. He also said that about 25000 youth with just Class X qualification will be trained as police commandoes in the state.

He said that Jaganmohan Reddy calls him as the actor, instead of calling by name. He said that he is an actor and acting is his profession. He claimed that he entered politics from acting, and asked what to call Jaganmohan Reddy who came from jail after two years? He said that he is daring enough to announce if there is an alliance with other parties. He claimed that he is an Andhra and a Telugu person with self-respect and he will not bow his head to the parties that rejected special category status to Andhra Pradesh and backward district status to Prakasam district. He said that the TDP alleges he is with YSRCP while YSRCP alleges that he is with TDP. He said that if there is any partnership with TDP, he will announce the alliance as he did in 2014.

He mentioned the claim of Farooq Abdullah, the National Conference leader that Jaganmohan Reddy offered Rs 1500 crores bribery to him. He demanded the YSRCP to announce his alliance with BJP and TRS officially. He said that Jaganmohan Reddy has no moral right to criticize him. He asked the public to support Ongole MP candidate Bellamkonda Saibabu, B Chandrasekhar as Giddalur MLA, ML Narayana as Kanigiri MLA, Immadi Kasinath as Markapur MLA, to form the Janasena government.
