The three capital row in Andhra Pradesh has taken twists as the days are progressing. In the latest development, the high court on Tuesday has issued a notice to former attorney general Mukul Rohatgi who was hired by the Andhra Pradesh government to deal with cases filed against the government and proposal of three capitals.

For this, he was entitled to pay a fee of Rs 5 crore. However, public interest litigation was filed in the High Court challenging Mukul Rohatgi's payment of Rs 5 crore in capital cases. Shivaji, in his petition, said that the appointment of Rohatgi was against the law.
