Tirupati: 65th wildlife week celebrations commence on Friday

Tirupati: The 65th wildlife week celebrations were held in Tirupati on Friday. Minister for Environment and Forests Balineni Srinivasulu Reddy has participated as Chief Guest and inaugurated the celebrations. As a run-up to the main event, several programmes were being held in the Zoo park for the past one week.

The minister went through the exhibition on wildlife organised by the zoo authorities. Senior officials of the department, Zoo Curator Babitha and others participated in the programme.
