Tirupati: Rich tributes paid to Bhagath Singh, Sukhdev and Rajaguru

Tirupati: Rich tributes were paid to the martyrs Bhagath Singh, Sukhdev and Rajaguru to mark their death anniversary here on Monday.

At a commemorative meeting organised by All India Youth Federation (AIYF) here, its district president Kathi Ravi said that they sacrificed their lives in their fight to achieve freedom to the country and it will remain as source of inspiration to youth to fight for the nation.

The activists led by CPI district secretary paid floral tributes to the portrait of Bhagath Singh. Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) activists led by district secretary S Jayachandra paid floral tributes to the statue of Bhagath Singh at MGM high school here on the 89th death anniversary of the revolutionary.

Jayachandra said that the three revolutionaries sacrificed their lives while fighting the British to free the country.
