Tirupati: Ruia Hospital to get development works worth Rs 400 crores
Tirupati: The Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has included a number of treatments in Dr YSR Aarogya Sri with an aim to provide corporate health facilities to every poor person in the state, said Tirupati MLA B Karunakar Reddy.
Stating that the government is giving top priority to medical and health, he said that the government has agreed to fill up existing vacancies in Ruia Hospital.
He was speaking to hospital superintendent Dr T Bharathi and working committee chairman B Chandrasekhar Royal at his residence on Friday.
The MLA further revealed that various development works worth Rs.400 crores will be started soon at Ruia Hospital. With this several new departments also will start functioning.
He lauded the efforts of doctors who have been discharging services to coronavirus patients. Hospital CS RMO Dr S Saraswathi Devi was also present.
