Tirupati: VG Venkata Reddy said that All government schools to get total face-lift
Tirupati: The Special Secretary in the Education Department, Government of AP, VG Venkata Reddy said that the Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is committed to give a total face-lift to all government schools to provide a corporate look in the next 2-3 years in a phased manner. During his visit to Tirupati on Saturday, he said that government has allocated Rs.35,000 crores to education department to take up various schemes like Amma Vodi, Naadu-Nedu, Jagananna Goru Mudda etc. Government is committed to make a total revamp of educational system in the state, he said.
On Saturday, he visited Government Girls High School in Tirupati along with in-charge DEO C Vijayendra Rao. They took the mid-day meals along with the children and expressed satisfaction.
