Tobacco Board trains farmers in cultivation of nine cereals

Ongole: The Tobacco Board officials conducted a training programme for the farmers in dry sowing for the cultivation of nine cereals, at a farm in Guravareddy palem village on Tuesday. ICRP Ashoka Reddy prepared the Ghana Jeevamrutham and sprayed it on the farm. Later, he sprayed the seeds and covered the land with grass.

He advised the farmers to prepare the green manure in that procedure in the dry atmosphere now. The tobacco board regional officer G Umamaheswara Rao, auction officer Murali, field officer Anitha, field assistant Yonaiah also participated with the farmers in the programme.
