TTD to develop Gowthami Jeeva Karunya Sangham

TTD Chairman Y V Subba Reddy lays foundation stone for construction of a new building at Gowthami Jeeva Karunya Sangham in Rajamahendravaram on Saturday

Rajamahendravaram: Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams (TTD) Chairman Y V Subba Reddy has assured to extend all necessary help for development of Gowthami Jeeva Karunya Sangham on Lalachervu Road in the city.

He along with Minister for Fisheries Mopidevi Venkata Ramana and MP Margani Bharat Ram visited old age home and leprosy home of Gowthami Jeeva Karunya Sangham on Saturday.

Later, Subba Reddy said the Sangham management was maintaining the homes and gosala properly and said a decision will be taken to extend necessary financial assistance for the construction of new buildings on the same premises.

He lauded the services of Sangham and asked the management to continue the same. Minister Mopidevi Venkata Ramana assured to provide necessary help from the government side and asked the management to maintain it properly.

MP Margani Bharat Ram said a facelift will be given to Gowthami Jeeva Karunya Sangham with an estimated cost of Rs 5 crore and said so far an amount of Rs 1 crore was given from his MP funds and necessary amount also be pooled from other sources.

Sangham executive officer Tarakeswara Rao, YSRCP leaders SSS Manyam and P H Rao were present.
