Two-day global meet on renewable energy in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: VR Siddhartha Engineering College, Kanuru would organise a two-day international conference on Advances in Renowned Renewable Energy Technologies on the college premises on October 23 and 24, said the convener, Rajayya on Tuesday. A brochure was released on the occasion.

He said that this conference is primarily aimed at providing a common platform for academicians, industry personnel, and research scholars to interact and discuss about the emerging technologies such as solar, wind, geothermal, biomass and fuel cell technology etc.

The meet brings together the leading academicians, scientists, researchers to exchange and share their research experiences about all aspects of engineering, technology and innovation. He said that experts from leading institutions, research organisations and industries are expected to participate in the conference by way of presenting their research papers.

The key speakers of the occasion would be Dr Bale V Reddy, Professor, Ontario University Institute of Technology, Canada, Dr S Dasappa, Professor, Centre for Sustainable Technologies and others.
