Two died while swimming in a canal in Guntur district

In a tragic incident, two young men have accidentally lost their lives while swimming in a canal in Guntur district. The deceased identified as Siddharth, a resident of Namburu in Pedakakani Mandal and Madan Kumar of Tadikonda village.

As it was a holiday on Sunday, Both went to Guntur Channel canal near Namburu for swimming. While swimming in the water, Siddharth and Madan accidentally died.

Upon receiving the information, the police reached the spot, took out the bodies from the canal and informed about the incident to the deceased family members.

Over the incident, the police registered a case, shifted the bodies to Guntur government hospital for post-mortem and investigating further. The complete details of the incident are yet to be known.
