Two held for molesting a woman in Chittoor district
Chittoor: The two men who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman from Prakasam district who left home and reached Tirupati, has criminal history in the past. One of the accused is involved in the murder case and another booked in the harassment case. While Disha's incident was rocking across the country, the sexual assault on a girl has created a flutter in Tirupati.
According to the sources, the main accused C Venkatesh (31) belongs to Brahmanapattu in Tirupati Rural mandal uses to target young girls and women in the village and sexual assault on them.
Four years ago, he trapped a college girl studying in Tirupati, got married to her and became a father of two children. Later he went to Kuwait over the work and returned to the native village a year ago.
But there was no change in his behavior. It's reported that earlier they were a complaint filed on Venkatesh in Tiruchanur police station.
The second accused B Rajamohan Nayak (28) is involved in a murder case of IS Mahal Bhargav in Tirupati, and he is A6 in the case. Bhargav was brutally murdered on December 3, 2017.
