Two held in YSRCP leader Moka Bhaskar Rao's alleged murder case in Machilipatnam
The Police on Thursday arrested two suspects in the case pertaining to the brutal murder of Moka Bhaskara Rao (57), the senior leader of YSRCP and former chairman of Machilipatnam Market Yard. R-pet police on Thursday reportedly arrested two suspects along with former minister Kollu Ravindra's aide and TDP leader Chinta Chinni.
A police inquiry has confirmed that Bhaskara Rao was assassinated over the political issue and the police are going ahead to probe the matter further. The murder of Bhaskar Rao has caused a stir throughout the state.
The murder took place in the centre of the Bandar city on the 29th of June in front of many people. According to a complaint filed by family members of Bhaskara Rao's family alleging Chinta Chinni under the instigation of former minister Kollu Ravindra. Moka Bhaskara Rao is a key follower State Transport Minister Perni Venkatramaiah aka Nani.
