Two old buildings collapse due to incessant rains

Visakhapatnam: Following incessant rains in the district, a two-storey building wall and portions of its roof were collapsed on Wednesday.

The building located near Government Victoria Hospital, One Town Area, suffered major damage. However, information on the damage caused is awaited.

Meanwhile, another old building at Chengalraopeta was also collapsed due to rains and water stagnation. Though no causalities reported, two-wheelers parked close to the premises were reportedly said to be damaged beyond recognition.
