UK Deputy High Commissioner Fleming all praise for YS Jagan govt. over COVID-19 tests

Andhra Pradesh: It is known fact that the government of Andhra Pradesh is taking precautionary measures to contain coronavirus outbreak in the state by conducting tests in large numbers. The state has garnered the attention from neighbouring states and other countries as well for setting records by conducting seven lakh tests so far. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy government has received praises from all sections. Recently UK Deputy High Commissioner Fleming showered praises over the Andhra Pradesh government. YSRCP leader PVP tweeted about this.

Pottluri Vara Prasad (PVP) thanked UK Deputy High Commissioner Flyming for recommending the Andhra Pradesh model to the world for containment of Coronavirus. The YSRCP leader wrote, "Dear Dr.Fleming.. Many thanks for recommending AP model to the world out there. Deployment of technology to mapping out every 50 persons in the state, first of it's kind. May the force be with all of us."

Earlier, Fleming in his tweet praised Andhra Pradesh government for conducting such a massive number of tests. In his tweet, Fleming wrote, "Article documenting Andhra Pradesh success in tackling COVID-19. Andhra Pradesh has tested 14,049 per million, mobilised a network of 4.5 lakh volunteers to work with 11,158 village secretaries and pioneered tech to monitor quarantine compliance. Lessons for the globe."
