VIET launches skill development centre

Visakhapatnam: Skill development centre was launched at Visakha Institute of Engineering and Technology (VIET) here on Thursday. College Chairman G Satyanarayana was chief guest and he lit lamp and inaugurated the centre. He appealed to students to avail the opportunity and harness their skills. Principal Y Prasanna Kumar advised students to update themselves to cope up with the competitive world.

ACD MD S Rama Raju was the resource person and explained how students could improve their technical skills. V Tech Principal Dr M Murali Krishna and VCAP B Ramateertham were guests of honour. Nodal officer Purna Chandra, heads of various departments, faculty and staff were present.
