Vijayawada: All set for Chandi Rudra Rajasyamala Sudarsana Yagam
Arrangements going on for conducting Rajasyamala Sri Maha Lakshmi Yagam at IGMC Stadium in Vijayawada on Thursday
Vijayawada (NTR district) : Arrangements have been made for the successful conduct of the six-day Chandi Rudra Rajasyamala Sudarsana Sahita Srilakshmi Maha Yagam at Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation Stadium here from May 12 to 17. The State government and Endowments department are jointly conducting the Yagam for the well-being of the people of Andhra Pradesh. Rituals like Deekshadharana, Punyaha Vachanam will be held from 5 am onwards on Friday. The Yagam will commence in the presence of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at 8.30 am. Every day Archanas and Homams will be performed and special Abhishekams will be made with the holy waters of rivers and seas.
Visakha Sri Sarada Peethadhipati Sri Swarupananda Saraswathi Maha Swamy and Visakha Sri Sarada Peetha Uttaradhikari Sri Swatmanandendra Saraswati and others will participate in the Yagam on the last day, which is May 17. Spiritual heads of Kurthala Siddheswara, Matralaya, Jagadguru Panditaradhya, and other Peethams will participate in the Yagam. Endowments Minister Kottu Satyanarayana and the officials are supervising the arrangements.
