Vijayawada: APNGOs demand release of DA arrears

Vijayawada: Leaders of Andhra Pradesh Non-Gazetted Officers Association (APNGOs) demanded that the state government immediately to resolve the pending issues related to the employees. The APNGOs Association western Krishna unit meeting was held at the APNGOs home in Gandhi Nagar here on Sunday.

The meeting was organised for the first time after new panel was elected recently.

Speaking on the occasion, president A Vidya Sagar said nine months passed since the new Government came into power and the problems of the employees are not solved.

He reminded that the YSRCP has assured that the government would work in coordination and friendly manner with the employees if it is elected but there are no efforts to resolve the pending problems.

He said the employees are asking the government to release the pending DA arrears and solve the health cards problem. He said the PRC committee also not submitted its report to the government and tenure for submitting the report is extended.

The association leaders Md Iqbal, P Ramesh, Ch Sriram, M Rajubabu, B Satish Kumar and others spoke on the occasion.
