Vijayawada: Be Best! Blasters cricket team wins VT20 tourney

Vijayawada: Blasters, team emerged winners of the VT20 Blast -T20 (Cricket) tournament played in Vijayawada with ultimate international standards with 8 teams. This is the first of its kind in the city and 120 Cricket players joyfully and enthusiastically participated in the tournament.

The matches were played at the International Cricket Stadium in Mulapadu, Ibrahimpatnam. The final match was played on March 15. Be Best blasters made 156/8 in stipulated 20 overs and Kamal watch Colts scored only 128/5 in 20 overs.

Final results are. Champions of the tournament: Be Best! Blasters played 5 matched subsequently and won all the matches. Man of the Match in the final won by Navneet Singh (Be Best! Blasters). Batsman of the Series prize won by Praveen (Be Best! Blasters) and the Bowler of the Series bagged by Satya Prasad of (Be Best! Blasters). Eight teams participated in the tourney started on February 21 and ended on March 15.

The organisers presented cash awards to the winners and best performers.
