The district administration made arrangements like seating and drinking water for the convenience of people visiting the Spandana.

The State government is conducting the Spandana programme every Monday and collecting the petitions across the State.

Jaggaiahpet MLA and the government whip Samineni Udayabhanu also submitted representation to the District Collector on behalf of the people.

Local residents submitted representations for the Pattadar passbooks, title deeds, pensions, ration cards, house site pattas and other schemes implemented by the State government. Some people submitted applications for the legal assistance from the government.

Speaking on the occasion, Collector Imtiaz told all the officials concerned to issue receipts after taking the applications from the people.

He said that the Spandana programme evoked good response because the district administration is addressing the grievances of the people.

MLA Samineni Udayabhanu said Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is personally monitoring the Spandana programme and getting feedback on its implementation.
