Vijayawada: Special trains between Chennai, Secunderabad
Vijayawada: In order to clear the extra rush of passengers, 78 special trains will be run on MGR Chennai Central-Secunderabad and Villupuram-Secunderabad routes.
Train No 06059 MGR Chennai Central – Secunderabad special train will depart from MGR Chennai Central at at 7.30 pm on April 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26 and May 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, 31 and June 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26 and 28 (Fridays & Sundays) and arrive in Secunderabad at 08.25 hrs on the next day.
In the return direction, train No 06060 Secunderabad – MGR Chennai Central bi-weekly special train will depart from Secunderabad at 8 pm on April 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27 and May 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25 and 30, June 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27 and 29 (Saturdays & Mondays) and will arrive in MGR Chennai Central at 10.00 hrs on the next day.
En route, these special trains will stop at Sulurpeta, Nayudupeta, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Tenali, Guntur, Piduguralla, Miyalaguda and Nalgonda stations in both the directions.
Train No 06043 Villupuram – Secunderabad weekly special train will depart Villupuram at 4 pm on May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, May 6, 13, 20, 27 and June 10, 17, 24 (Wednesdays) and arrive Secunderabad at 08:25 hrs on the next day.
In the return direction, train No 06044 Secunderabad – Villupuram weekly special train will depart Secunderabad at 8 pm on April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, May 7, 14, 21, 28 and June 4, 11, 18, 25 and will arrive Villupuram at 14:00 hrs on the next day. En route, these special trains will stop at Chengalpet, Tambaram, Chennai Egmore, Sullurupeta, Nayudupeta, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Chirala, Tenali, Guntur, Piduguralla, Miryalaguda and Nalgonda stations in both the directions.
All these special trains consist of AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second class coaches.
