Vijayawada: Sri Panchami celebrations at Durga temple

Vijayawada: Endowments Minister Velampalli Srinivas said that the YSRCP government was trying to implement Navaratnalu in the State and fulfill the promises made in the manifesto.

He participated in the Sri Panchami celebrations on Indrakeeladri on Thursday and offered special prayers. The presiding deity was decorated in Saraswati Devi alankara.

The temple administration distributed pencils, pens, notebooks and Prasadam to the children on the occasion.

Hundreds of parents along with their children visited the temple and sought the blessings from the goddess.
