Visakhapatnam: ABVP up in arms against fee collection

Visakhapatnam: The members of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) on Friday staged a protest at DEO office against collection of fees by school and college managements.

ABVP leaders alleged that private educational institutions continue to collect fee in the name of online classes which turns out to be a burden for parents in the present corona induced pandemic situation.

ABVP state working committee member I Bhanu Murthy appealed to the government to take necessary action against the managements, who are collecting exorbitant fee and demanded that the recognition of such school managements should be cancelled immediately.

In the protest, ABVP convener B Haribabu, members Krishna, Jagadish, Nagendra, Harsha and Lalitha participated.
