Visakhapatnam: Five held for selling drugs to college students through online

The Visakhapatnam police have reportedly found that some of the drug peddlers are running a drug racket through online targeting the college students. As a result, many innocent people are addicted to drugs and their lives are being ruined. Visakhapatnam police arrested five students in a special operation and seized drugs from their possession.

According to police, a young man named Aravind recently completed his degree in Bangalore. He has bought the drug named Lysergic Acid diethylamide for Rs. 400 and selling them back to four other friends for Rs.1000. While he is selling each LSD blot to college students for Rs 2,000. Four other people like Aravind are selling drugs to students. Police arrested five people near the Technical and Gayatri colleges.

The accused have been identified as Kanaparthi Sahil, Pilla Chandrasekhar, Michael Wellcome and Masabathula Muralidhar. Another accused is being treated at Yatirajyam Hospital, police said.

However, police said that drug cases have been registered against him earlier as well. LAD is sold by drug dealers under many different names. Sold under the names Acid, Blatter, Doses, Dots, Trips, Mello etc. It is taken by inhalation through the nose, which is completely banned in America.
