Vizianagaram: Four coronavirus patients discharged

Vizianagaram: Four coronavirus infected patients were discharged from the Covid-19 designated hospital on Tuesday. District Collector M Hari Jawaharlal, MLA K Veerabhadra Swamy and others visited the MIMS hospital, which is designated as nodal hospital.

The discharged patients were a woman from Duggi village under Komarada mandal and another woman from Pedabondapalli village under Parvathipuram mandal and a fisherman from Chintapalli village under Pusapatirega mandal. They returned from Gujarat. They were cured of infection. Two more patients are still in hospital.

Speaking on the occasion, the Collector said there was no need for panic. He appreciated the doctors for rendering services to humanity. The medical staff assured everyone that there was no need for panic. The MLA handed over Rs 2,000 each discharged patients as financial support. The SP also attended the programme.
