Vizianagaram: Unhygienic conditions in residential junior college irk Minister

Vizianagaram: Deputy Chief Minister and Tribal Welfare Minister P Pushpa Srivani came down heavily on the management of tribal welfare girls' residential junior college for unhygienic conditions prevailing in residential junior college.

On Saturday, she was on the way to Vizianagaram from her hometown Chinamerangi, enroute she visited the junior college at Jogimpeta of Seethanagaram mandal. Expressing displeasure over the unhygienic conditions in the college, she instructed the management to maintain cleanliness to prevent diseases at bay.

She witnessed the toilets without doors and broken cots and other unused and dumped material at every corner of the college. She instructed the college management and principal to take utmost care on students.

Later, she interacted with students and listened to their grievances.
