We shall go by rules, Minister Sucharitha responds over Chandrababu's return to state
State Home Minister Meekothoti Sucharita made it clear that the YCP government had no objection to the Telugu Desam Party chief and state opposition leader Chandrababu Naidu's visit to Visakhapatnam. In the wake of news appeared over the opposition leader Chandrababu has sought permission from the government to got to Vishakhapatnam on Monday to console the victims of LG polymers, the minister Sucharitha responded to it and asked when Chandrababu wrote a letter to AP DGP and demanded to show the proof of his letter.
Home Minister Sucharitha recalled that Chandrababu had written directly to the central government without for permission. When BJP leader Lakshminarayana and APCC president Shailajanath have gone to meet the victims of Visakhapatnam, why can't Chandrababu visit? Minister Sucharitha has asked.
The Home Minister responded to the High Court orders directing the CBI to inquire into the conduct of the CBI inquiry into Dr Sudhakar's case. Chandrababu is said to have been present at the CBI inquiry in many cases in the past.
"How could Chandrababu Naidu seek CBI inquiry in every case when he had issued a GO not allowing the CBI into the state in the past," Home Minister asserted. She slammed at Chandrababu for politicizing every little thing slinging mud on the government.
