World Hindu Economic Forum 2020 regional summit to be held in Vijayawada on February 8

The World Hindu Economic Forum (WHEF) will hold a regional conference in Vijayawada to promote investment in the state. "Over 300 delegates from more than ten countries are expected to attend the conference for two days on 8th and 9th of this month," WHEF chairman SS Kumar Buddavarapu said on Wednesday. Kumar said that the conference would be held for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states to emphasise on "Work together and develop together."

The conference will focus exclusively on investment opportunities in agriculture, food processing, tourism, education, medicine, IT, electronics and finance. Union ministers V. Muralidharan and G. Kishan Reddy are expected to attend the meeting. Kumar said the regional conference would be held at Vijayawada Fortune Murali Park on the 8th at 4 pm. He explained that the main objective of the seminar is to bring together traders, business people, banking, economists and technicians belonging to Hindu families around the world.

The state government has decided to extend its full support to the WHEF, which has been conducting seminars worldwide for the past eight years. The state government will sign an agreement with WHEF to promote investment opportunities in the state around the world.
