Karapa: Jana Sena Party (JSP) chief Pawan Kalyan assured development of all social sections with equal priority. Addressing a public meeting at Karapa in East Godavari district on Monday evening, the film actor-turned-politician assured to scrap the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS) and bring back the old system into force, once the JSP comes to power.

Turning his attention towards the fisher folk community, he assured to recruit these sections as coast guard employees to protect the coast as the state has 1,000 km of coast line from Srikakulam to Tada in Nellore district.

On the local issues pertaining to Kakinada LS and Kakinada rural assembly segment, Pawan blamed the three former PRP members Kurasala Kannababu, Vanga Geeta and Chalamalasetti Sunil for their stance.

Pawan found fault with former Kakinada rural MLA Kannababu for merger of Praja Rajyam Party (PRP) with the Congress party.

Kannababu had wrongly advised his elder brother Chiranjeevi, founder president of the party. He also blamed Thota Trimurtulu, sitting MLA from Ramachandrapuram for utilising caste card for his own development.
