Yanamala Rama Krishnudu fumes at YSRCP, asks what's the problem if SEC writes to Union govt
Andhra Pradesh opposition leader Yanamala Ramakrishnudu questioned when there is no security for the election commissioner itself, how there could be secured to hold the local body elections in a fair and transparent manner. Yanamala spoke to the media in Amaravati on Thursday and asked what is the issue with YSRCP when Election Commissioner Ramesh Kumar writes to Union Home Minister about his difficulties in holding the election.
He said that YSRCP is scared of holding local body elections in the presence of central forces as they may lose the elections. He said all political parties are seeking re-election. "While Telangana State Health Minister Eatala Rajender is alerting the public over coronavirus, what Andhra Pradesh health minister is doing, " Yanamala questioned.
Yanamala alleged the government's agenda of corrupting the systems with violence. "YS Jagan was more concerned with the election to local bodies rather than public health, " Yanamala fumed.
