YS Jagan heads to Delhi, will meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah tonight
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has left for Delhi to meet central ministers. He left to Delhi from Gannavaram airport on a special flight. CM Jagan, who will be in Delhi today and tomorrow, is scheduled to meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah at 9 pm tonight to discuss the state issues as well as pending aspects of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act. It seems that Amit Shah will be discussing about Disha Act especially in the state.
During his visit to Delhi, Jagan is expected to meet several Union ministers, including Prime Minister Modi. He will discuss with the central authorities on the payment of crop damage compensation due to untimely rains and floods. It seems that the Polavaram project funds will also be discussed in relation to the revised estimates cost. It is likely that a speedy inquiry will be held into the corruption that took place during the last government tenure.

On the other hand, there are speculations rife that YS Jagan is going to Delhi as a counter to the KCR Delhi tour over irrigation projects.
