Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has disbursed the fourth tranche of Rs. 325 crores to 3.25 lakh beneficiaries under Jagananna Chedodu scheme by pressing a button in Yemmiganur on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, Jagan Mohan Reddy highlighted the contrast between his government and the previous regime and emphasised that his administration has fulfilled its promises over the course of 52 months in power, particularly in supporting backward communities.

He said Jagananna Chedodu program, which provides direct funds to beneficiaries without corruption or discrimination, has been consistently implemented for four years. Stating that they have made allocations of Rs. 19178 crores through YSR Asara and the construction of thousands of houses for the benefit of the poor, YS Jagan criticised the previous government led by Chandrababu Naidu for not fulfilling their promises and accused them of various scams, including the Amaravati Capital Lands and Skill Scam.

CM Jaganmohan Reddy also highlighted the expansion of healthcare services and the provision of free medical services through initiatives like Aarogyasri and Jagananna Arogya Suraksha. He emphasized the government's commitment to providing civic services at the doorstep of the people, eliminating the need for Janmabhoomi Committees.
