Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy speaking at AP Assembly winter sessions

On the second day of the assembly sessions, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed outrage over the behavior of opposition TDP members. He expressed anguish over the opposition members, including leader of the Opposition Chandrababu Naidu who have repeatedly disrupting the house. He was incensed that the opposition was acting in a way that did not have the minimum awareness on public issues. He said he did not even understand why they were coming to the assembly without discussing the minimum issues. He said it was cruel to obstruct the speech of the CM in the legislative assembly.

Chief Minister YS Jagan addressed the House on the second day as part of the Assembly winter sessions. He said that the TDP is creating confusion by not listening to the members. "We are paying insurance of Rs.1227 crore on December 15. Insurance payments were discussed at the Collectors' Conference itself and approved in the Cabinet. We are distributing house rails on December 25th," Jagan said.

On the other hand, Speaker Tammineni Sitaram was angry with the TDP members in the house and incensed that the House was being disrupted. No matter how many times TDP members were appealed for cooperation to keep the house run smoothly, it was ignored. With this, the speaker has suspended TDP member Nimmala Ramanaidu from the House for one day.
