YS Jagan starts granting of rights on dotted lands to farmers in Nellore
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said that the issue of dotted lands that have been pending for decades have been solved. The CM granted the rights to the farmers of the dotted lands at an event held in Nellore district. Speaking on the occasion, Jagan said they are doing land surveys in 2000 villages and opined that dotted lands worth Rs 20,000 crore was distributed to the farmers.
He said that have completed the survey in the villages and benefitting as many as 97,471 farmers by distributing the rights of dotted lands by removing section 22A of Registration act. "We are issuing land rights to prevent future disputes and urge farmers not to believe the false propaganda of the opposition leaders, ”Jagan said.
Stating that their government is doing all the good deeds for the welfare of the farmers, the chief minister said that opposition parties are not able to digest the fact that the government is doing good deeds. Further taking dig at opposition, Jagan Mohan Reddy said that all the welfare schemes will be stopped if TDP comes to power
