YS Jagan to visit Kurnool on November 20 to attend Tungabhadra Pushkaralu
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is all set to attend Tungabhadra Pushkar event to be from November 20. The schedule for his visit has been concluded on Tuesday stating that chief minister he would visit Sankal Bhag Pushkara Ghat in Kurnool. Officials were busy making arrangements in the wake of the CM's visit and steps are being taken to ensure that the tour goes in accordance with the covid regulations. During his visit to Sankara Bhag (VIP) Pushkara Ghat, it was decided not to allow anyone other than the ministers and people's representatives of the district. Others will be allowed into the ghat only after the CM's schedule.
Collector G. Veerapandian directed the authorities to work in coordination to make the visit of CM YS Jagan a success. Superintendent Dr. K Fhakkirappa at a review meeting with officials on Tuesday. The meeting was attended by DRO B.Pullaiah, Kurnool Municipal Commissioner DK Balaji and Sub Collector Kalpana Kumari. All the pending works is expected to be completed by Wednesday evening.
As part of the CM's visit arrangements, Collector Veerapandian, Joint Collector Rama Sunder Reddy and Municipal Commissioner DK Balaji inspected the APSP battalion helipad and Sankalbhag Ghat in the city on Tuesday evening. Also inspected the way from the battalion to the new bus stand, through Bangarupeta, STBC College, Municipal Corporation office, Narasinga Rao peta to Pushkarghat in Sankalbhag. The Municipal Commissioner directed to make arrangements for the pujas to be performed by the Chief Minister at Sankal Bhag Pushkara Ghat.
Here is the schedule
- YS Jagan will depart to Gannavaram Airport from his house in Tadepalli at 11 am on November 20.
- At. 11.30 am he will depart to Orvakal on a special flight from Gannavaram Airport and reaches at 12.30 pm.
- And at 12.45 he will arrive at APSP Battalion by helicopter from Orvakal Airport followed by visiting Pushkara Ghat at 1.10 pm and performs prayers till 1.50 pm.
- Later he will reach Battalion at 2.00 and depart to Vijayawada on a special flight at 2.30 pm.
