YSRCP fulfilled promise given to youth: Dharmana
Srikakulam: YSRCP president and Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy fulfilled dreams of youth by providing jobs, said Minister for Roads and Buildings Dharmana Krishna Das.
He handed over appointment orders to village secretariat job holders here on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said the government fulfilled the promise given to youth within three months of the YSRCP government formation. As per assurance made during elections, the YSRCP government is committed to fulfill all the assurances one by one and providing jobs is one of the major assurances, which was fulfilled by appointing village volunteers and village secretariat posts.
He also explained that entire selection process for village secretariat posts was completed in a transparent manner but some opposition party leaders misleading the youth by levelling baseless charges against the government to divert the attention of the youth. He added the selection process was conducted in a fair manner without giving room for corruption.
The government is committed to achieve special category status (SCS) to AP which will help to generate more than five lakh jobs in the state within a short span. He suggested youth who were selected for posts, to work hard and with dedication as it is best opportunity to serve people. Joint Collector K Srinivasulu and district level officers participated in the programme.
