Vijayawada: TDP national president N Chandrababu Naidu said that the people are wishing for early conduct of elections after witnessing the YSR Congress's unruly governance.

Addressing the party legal cell meeting in Guntur city on Tuesday, he said that that they would fight against the YSR Congress government to secure justice. He called upon the members of TDP legal cell wing to extend their services to protect the party workers. He said the party would recognise the services of legal cell members by offering them various positions.

The former Chief Minister expressed concern over the YSRCP government totally neglecting capital Amaravati. He said, "I designed a world-class capital. But the YSR Congress government killed it at the initial stage.

The people are wishing for reverse elections, not reverse tendering. The reverse elections may not come but elections will come after three-and-half years for Assembly and Parliament at the same time."

Naidu wondered as to how Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy was making allegations against him while he attends the court every Friday. He recalled that as many as 26 false cases were filed against him but they did not prove a single case.

The TDP chief said that the Chief Minister was abusing all his Ministers for not finding evidence to various corruption charges leveled by the ruling party against him. He said that he would face all the humiliation for people of the State.

Naidu pointed out that the YSR Congress government booked nearly 600 false cases against the TDP leaders. The police department was not taking the complaints from the TDP leaders though they were being attacked.

The agriculture fields of TDP workers were being damaged and TDP activists were being banished from villages, he said. Naidu also said that he never saw such kind of unruly government in his political career. He said that he would fight against the undemocratic practices being followed by the government.

Meeting with senior leaders: Chandrababu Naidu conducted a review meeting with senior party leaders at the party office in Guntur city. They discussed a strategy to be adopted in view of orders under Section-144 promulgated by the police department. He asked the party activists to reach Atmakuru at any cost.

He suggested to the party leaders to stage protests at their local areas if the police do not allow them to proceed to Atmakuru. Party leaders N Chinarajappa, Nakka Ananda Babu, P Pulla Rao, B Akhila Priya, P Ashok Babu, Maddali Giri, G V Anjaneyulu, Alapati Rajendra Prasad, D Manikyala Rao and several other leaders took part in the meeting.
