YSRCP government misusing ACB, alleges Rammohan Naidu

Guntur: Srikakulam MP K Rammohan Naidu alleged that the YSRCP government was misusing ACB and booked false case against TDP deputy floor leader in the State Legislative Assembly K Atchannaidu in connection with Rs 150-crore ESI scam.

He along with former Minister Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao visited GGH here on Tuesday and met the superintendent Dr K Sudhakar. They inquired about the health condition of Atchannaidu who is undergoing treatment at the GGH.

Speaking on the occasion, Rammohan Naidu alleged that the GGH officials were violating the norms. He said though the ACB court had directed to release a statement on health condition of K Atchannaidu, the doctors released the statement without any signature.

The TDP MP flayed the YSRCP government for adopting politics of vengeance against the leaders of Opposition party.

Former minister Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao said corruption was rampant under the YSRCP rule.
