YSRCP leader stabbed to death brutally in Machilipatnam

YSRCP leader in Krishna district Machilipatnam was brutally murdered by an unidentified person on Monday. Going by details, Moka Bhaskara Rao, the aide of the minister Perni Nani, was brutally murdered in the municipal fish market, after an unidentified man stabbed him with a knife. Bhaskara Rao succumbed to injuries and died while undergoing treatment at the district government hospital. Police believe the past disputes was the reason for the murder. Knowing the death of Bhaskara Rao, YSRCP cadre reached hospital in large numbers and the police were heavily deployed at the hospital.

Bhaskara Rao formerly served as the chairman of Machilipatnam Market Yard. Machilipatnam police were alerted over the incident and has set up picketing in several parts of Machilipatnam. Bhaskar Rao's followers went to the house of former minister Kolu Ravindra and were blocked by the police. Against this backdrop, the police in Machilipatnam have imposed Section 144 to avoid untoward incidents.

On the other hand, TDP activist was killed yesterday in Guntur. TDP activist Vikram was brutally murdered by rivals. While riding the bike at midnight, unidentified persons attacked him with deadly weapons. TDP activist Domatotti Vikram died on the spot in the attack.
