YSRCP MLA's firm files complaint over AP FiberNet Scam

In a big twist in the FiberNet Scam in Andhra Pradesh, YSRCP MLA Maddishetty Venugopal Rao's company, Pace Power Systems Pvt Ltd, has complained alleging the past government of favouring Tera Software Limited. This marks another turning point in the fiber net scam affair. On the other hand, South Korea's Dasan Network Solutions has also complained to Andhra Pradesh State FiberNet Limited acccusing of discriminating against tenders. The Andhra Pradesh government also decided to investigate the case with CBI in the recent cabinet meeting.

Meanwhile, Dasan Company has issued a buy order for 200 low priced OLTs as L1 (lowest) in the Optical Line Terminal (OLT) tender. But for the most part, OLTs have been left to Tera software. The tenders were also paid for by the Pace Power Systems run by the MLA family. Meanwhile, Tera Software Company has also responded to the allegations leveled against them saying that the Dawson has a purchase order but due to some technical issues, hence Dawson has not paid the bid.

It is noted that the Dasan has acquired to bid to provide 3 lakh CPE boxes through the nomination process along with the 10 lakh boxes. However, Dozens of supplied CPE boxes were not properly tested hence the AP FiberNet has said that there is network problems. In this backdrop, MLA's complaint has become a importance.
