YSRCP MLAs to participate in University of Silicon Andhra convocation

Tirupati: TTD former chairman and Tirupati MLA Bhuman Karunakar Reddy and Chandragiri MLA and TUDA chairman Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy will participate in the convocation ceremony of University of Silicon Andhra, California, on Sunday.

They were given a rousing welcome by NRIs on their arrival in San Francisco on Saturday. The two YSRCP senior leaders are on a five-day visit to America and will address the Executive Committee of the University and also the students of the University. The programmes are arranged NRIs from the state to promote Telugu language, literature, culture and tradition for the benefit of the future generation in the US.

According to party sources, hey will also address a meeting of NRI in San Francisco Bay Area seeking their support to strengthen the party, before participating in the University meeting. The two leaders will also address a meeting of NRIs in New York on February 24 and in the return journey will participate in the wedding of the daughter of Pongulati Sudhakar, former Khammam MP in Abu Dhabi on 25th and will back home on February 26.
