Kadapa: BJP national secretary Y Satya Kumar stated that the party is opposing the decision of the YSR Congress government for establishing 3 capitals in the state.

He recalled that in the past, the YSRCP and other political parties including BJP supported the decision of TDP government to establish capital in Amaravati.

Finding fault with the Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for adopting double standards over capital issue, the BJP national secretary pointed out that if the CM is really not interested in continuing capital in Amaravati, why he supported the move adopted by TDP in Assembly when he was leader Opposition.

He alleged that YSRCP has been planning conspiracy to do insider trading by shifting the capital to Visakhapatnam. He said that BJP will stage protest against YSR Congress government decision in shifting capital.

He said that YSRC government opposing CAA, NRC is foolish as that party's 22 MP's supported the wo Bill's in the Parliament.

BJP state vice president K Vishnuvardhan Reddy, BJP Rajya Sabha member CM Ramesh, former minister C Adinarayana Reddy, party Proddatur in-charge G Srinivasulu, and others were present.
