ZPTC, 8 sarpanches join YSRCP
Gajapathinagaram (Vizianagaram): In a major jolt to Gajapathinagaram MLA K Appalanaidu, Makkuva Sridhar, ZPTC of Gajapathinagaram and his strong supporters including MPTCs, sarpanches have walked out of TDP and joined YSRCP in the presence of senior leader Botcha Satyanarayana. This development would hit the winning chances of Naidu who is facing Appala Narasayya of YSRCP.
Naidu has been facing crisis in the past few weeks. Recently, his brother Kondababu also quit the TDP and joined YSRCP and made so many corruption allegations on his brother. Even the local MPTCs, sarpanches are also not happy with the attitude and behaviour of Naidu. They have been waiting for right time and walking out of the party. Quitting of Sridhar would be a major loss to MLA Naidu.
All these consequences happening in Gajapathinagaram constituency are creating uncertainty in TDP and Naidu is wooing the cadre to retain them with him. After joining YSRCP, Sridhar said, "We faced unexplainable humiliation and even our services are not at all recognised. We were forced to leave party to protect our self-respect.
It is my pleasure to join Botcha family which I can as my birth place."K Balaji, ZPTC of Bondapalli, said " Let them go out. The people is with us they will recognise our services and vote for us for the progress of Gajapathinagaram."
