The new team will look after Credai Telangana activities for a period of two years from 2019 to 2021. Gummi Ram Reddy, founding president of Credai Telangana and CMD of Ark Group, has been elected as its Chairman while Ch Ramchandra Reddy is the new president.

D Murali Krishna Reddy is the president-elect while E Premsagar Reddy has been elected as Secretary. The real estate body has four vice presidents in V Madhusudhan Reddy, C Jagan Mohan, K Indrasena Reddy and G Ajay Kumar.

Gopal Pancharia, Pallerla Raju and Y Saideswar Rao are the new join secretaries whereas B Panduranga Reddy is new treasurer.

"We have strengthened Credai Telangana by introducing various initiatives like awareness programmes on RERA and GST across all 11 chapters in Telangana.

We successfully hosted NATCON 2019, the annual gathering of Credai National, in Tel Aviva last month. Over 1,200 delegates from various parts of the country attended the event.

This helped us in enhancing the reputation of Credai Telangana among the real estate developers all over the country," Ram Reddy told the media here after announcing new office-bearers.

We are now further strengthening the team at Credai Telangana to ensure better reach to the consumers and to inculcate more ethical standards in the real estate sector across Telangana, he added.
