Hyderabad: Credai, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India, on Wednesday said it would hold Warangal Property Show 2019. The two-day event will be held on October 19 and 20, 2019 at Nandana Gardens in Warangal.

The apex body of private real estate developers said the property show will exhibit integrated townships, apartment complexes, gated communities, villas, green buildings with an impetus on retail and commercial complexes.

Moreover, the event will see participation from developers and different stakeholders from the financial and manufacturing sectors, it added.

E Prem Sagar Reddy, Secretary, Credai Telangana, said: "The urban cluster of Warangal is developing at a rapid pace. The city has successfully entered the second list of proposed Smart Cities in 2016.

The Kakatiya Urban Development Authority (KUDA) and Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC) have major plans to develop the city with a focus on the needs for the next 50 years.

This will include the development of mega townships, smart roads, multi-level car parking projects, rooftop solar projects, a ropeway project, and many other projects."

Reddy further said, many educational institutions, universities and information technology companies are viewing the city as an alternative to Hyderabad for establishing their base.

This will directly push the housing and rental demand in the city, he added.

Sharath Babu, President, Credai Warangal, said: "We are hopeful that Warangal will likely witness significant demand for housing in the coming few years.

This property show will be an opportunity for the customers to make the most of the present low property prices at Warangal."
