Experian to add 2.5k jobs in Hyderabad by 2024

Hyderabad: Experian, a global data, analytics company on Tuesday launched its new India Development Centre in Hyderabad. Through the IDC, the company aims to create jobs for 2,500 professionals by 2024.

The centre located in Cyber Pearl Hitec City currently has 200 engineers seated, in a space spread across 35,000 sft. The centre in Hyderabad is part of Experian's global network of development centres and will work closely with their product teams globally.

Alex Lintner, Group President, Consumer Information Services, Experian, said: "We are very pleased to launch the development centre in Hyderabad. The city has emerged as a major hub for technology and innovation, apart from attracting top talent from across the country."

The company said, the India Development Center (IDC) will support Experian to build on its innovation agenda by tapping top talent available in the country.

Sathya Kalyanasundaram, Country Head & Managing Director, Experian India, said: "This move is a clear testament to Experian's commitment to grow India's operations through both organic and inorganic opportunities.

Our continued growth here over the past years coupled with sustained investments such as these will propel India to play a significant role in Experian's overall growth story for the years to come." The centre was inaugurated by Jayesh Ranjan, Principal Secretary, Industries & Commerce and Information Technology, Telangana.
