FM Nirmala Sitharaman holds her 3rd Pre-Budget consultations with captains of financial & capital markets

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman held her third Pre-Budget consultations with captains of financial and capital markets today in New Delhi in connection with the forthcoming Union Budget 2021-22.

Ministry of Finance in a tweet today said, "Union Finance Minister Smt. @nsitharaman holding her third Pre-Budget consultations with captains of financial and capital markets today in New Delhi in connection with the forthcoming Union Budget 2021-22."

Finance Secretary Dr A.B. Pandey, Secretary, DEA, Tarun Bajaj, Chief Economic Advisor K V Subramanian besides other senior officials were also present in the meeting.

Finance Minister had yesterday held her first Pre- Budget consultations with top industrialists.

Over the years, the Ministry of Finance has been holding pre-budget consultations with Industry and Commerce Associations, Trade Bodies and Experts to seek ideas for the Annual Budget.
