Gold and Silver prices today edges higher in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kerala, Visakhapatnam 10 June 2020

Gold and silver prices today, 10 June 2020: The gold prices in domestic markets is jumped up by approximately 0.5 percent to Rs 46,100 per 10 grams mark on Wednesday amid gains in global rates. On MCX, gold futures rose by Rs 260 per 10 grams to Rs 46,000 per 10 grams. As per the India Bullion markets, the opening rate of gold jewellery stood at Rs 46,000 per 10 grams, and silver at Rs 47,400 per kilogram with a decrease of Rs. 40.

However, the gold rates will vary in different parts of India depending on excise duty, state taxes and etc. If we look at the prices at major metro cities.

The gold prices at the Bangalore city has edged higher by Rs. 50 per ten gram of 22 carat and Rs. 60 per ten gram of 24 carat gold taking the prices to Rs. 43,800 and Rs. 47,780. In Hyderabad, the gold rates stood at Rs. 44,470 and Rs. 48,510 per ten gram of 22 carat and 24 carat.

While in Kerala, the gold prices have seen a hike of Rs. 200 per ten grams taking the prices to Rs. 42,900 and Rs. 46,800 per ten gram of 22 carat and 24 carat.

The gold rates in Visakhapatnam also followed the Hyderabad rates with gold price of both 22 carat and 24 carat stood at Rs. 44,470 and Rs. 48,510.
